Application Guide
Dear Students,
Greetings from Ewha Womans University!
Thank you for your interest in Ewha and applaud to you for your courage to study abroad! We are delighted to have you join us.
Please read all the notifications carefully and abide by all the policies and guidelines provided by the university and the Korean government. Make sure to have thorough and careful consultation with your home university before you apply to Ewha.

October 15, 2024 to November 15, 2024 (KST)
*Exchange students must be nominated by your home university prior to your application. If you are not sure about this, please consult with your home university study abroad office beforehand. The nomination deadline is by October 31, 2024 (KST).
*The nomination does not apply to visiting students (direct enroll; fee-paying students).
- Standard ID Photo (3cm*4cm size for student ID)
- Passport Copy
- Student Agreement
- Official Academic Transcript (with University’s seal)
- GPA Letter: If your home university does not have a GPA system, a signed official letter from the international office guaranteeing that your academic achievement meets the eligibility criteria at Ewha must be uploaded along with the official academic transcript.
- Learning Agreement: Visiting student only, will be requested individually later, after the enrollment)

1. Exchange
- Tuition and application fee are waived for exchange students.
- On-campus Health Center Fee (23,200 KRW) is optional.
- There is a non-refundable application fee of 100,000 KRW charged to fee-paying visiting students. Please make payment for the application fee via Flywire, from October 15 - November 15.
- You can make payment for Tuition (4,700,000 KRW) and On-campus Health Center Fee (23,200 KRW, optional) from February 1-9 via Flywire.
- Tuition and application fee are waived for ISEP exchange students.
- On-campus Health Center Fee (23,200 KRW) is optional.
4. ISEP Direct
- Do NOT make a payment via Flywire. Ewha will send invoice directly to ISEP.
