1. Application: from April 15 to May 15, 2026

[NOTE] 

- Exchange students must be nominated by their home university prior to 'student application'. Please check with your home university beforehand if your nomination has not been confirmed (Nomination Deadline: April 30, 2026).

- Nomination procedure does not apply to visiting students (direct enroll; fee-paying students).

2. Required Document: Standard ID Photo (3cm*4cm size for Student ID)
1) Passport Copy

2) Student Agreement

3) Official Academic Transcript (with University's seal) that shows cumulative GPA of at least 2.5/4.0 scale or 75/100-point scale or above.

[NOTE] In case your home university does not have GPA system of 4.0 scale or 100-point scale, "supporting document" from your home university is required that shows you meet our minimum GPA criteria (e.g. a signed official letter from the International office that confirms your converted GPA meets the eligibility criteria at Ewha, transcript that has been converted externally into converted GPA and confirmed by your home university, etc) along with the Official Academic transcript

4) Learning Agreement: Required for Visiting students only. This will be requested after your enrollment.
