How to Apply
All applications must be submitted online (digital documents only). The application page is best accessed using Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome.

| Step 1 | Register Select the program (check year/semester), enter your email, and register. Use the same email address as your nomination. |
| Step 2 | Complete the application form |
| Step 3 | Submit the application |
| Step 4 | Admission notification Results will be sent by email. Incomplete applications may require resubmission. |
| Step 5 | Visa documents Sent via email in January (Spring) and July (Fall). |
| Step 6 | Submit checklist (Flight, insurance, visa information) Students may enroll in Ewha’s collective insurance or submit equivalent coverage. |
| Step 7 | Visa & arrival Apply for a student visa and prepare for arrival at Ewha. |

All documents must be prepared in English or Korean in the designated format.

If the home university does not use a GPA system, an official letter from the international office confirming that the applicant meets Ewha’s eligibility criteria must be submitted. - Student Agreement

Must be signed by both the applicant and the home university advisor - After Admission
Students must submit flight, insurance, and visa information.
Detailed instructions will be provided via the communication channel.
(Learning Agreement is required for visiting students.)
