When are course offerings announced?

Course offerings are typically announced in mid-January (Spring) and mid-July (Fall).

What do the 1st and 2nd semesters refer to?

At Ewha, the 1st semester refers to Spring, and the 2nd semester refers to Fall.

What should I do before course offerings are announced?

Students are advised to refer to the previous year’s courses for the same semester. Please note that course availability may vary each year.

Where can I find Korean language courses?

Korean language courses can be found under "KOREAN / ENGLISH-TAUGHT COURSES (UNDERGRADUATE)".


Restrictions

Even if no restrictions are indicated below, individual courses may have additional requirements such as a portfolio submission or an interview (e.g., video call). Students are advised to carefully review course details before enrollment.
CATEGORY SCHOOL
Undergraduate Level General courses are available.
  • Restrictions may apply to Art & Design, Music, Engineering, Education, and the Scranton Honors Program.
  • Courses in Nursing, Medicine, and Pharmacy are not available.
Graduate Level The Graduate School courses are available.
  • Some courses in the Graduate School of International Studies are available.
  • English-taught courses in the School of Law are available.
  • Courses in the Graduate School of Business are available for graduate students only.
  • Professional Schools and Special Graduate Schools are not available, except as noted above.
